A) If you paid with your credit card the total of your tour, print your receipt and present it on the day of the service in the indicated place.
B) If you selected “PAY NOW A DEPOSIT”, you will receive an email with the instructions to pay the outstanding balance in a bank or in Oxxo as well as for information on the day of the tour. The balance pending payment of your reservation must be settled at least 1 day before your date of travel. If you do not do so, your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will not be able to travel the day you selected, as well as not receiving a refund of the deposit made.
C) If you selected “PAY AT ARRIVAL” you must make your payment at the bank or at OXXO no later than one day before your tour start date. If you do not do so, your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will not be able to travel on the day you selected.
